August 8th - Tom Ferris and Darlene Malecki competed in the Drug Free USAPL push pull meet at the Dowd YMCA in Charlotte.

Darlene Malecki set a Master's record in the Bench press - lifting 165. She took first place in both the Push/Pull and the Bench Press competition.

Tommy Ferris - competing in his first meet - took home 2nd place in the Push/Pull, But more importantly set a Sub-Masters record in the the Push/Pull competition.

It was another fun event and we like to thank those members and friends who supported Tommy and Dar!
