On Saturday, February 21, 4 Elite members competed at the Prove it on the Platform (Bench and Deadlift) Meet in Greenville, South Carolina!!

Scott took 1st place in his class of 198lb - Masters. He set 2 records. He benched - 435 and deadlifted 534.

Les lifted raw and benched an amazing 479. He took home the best bencher award and 1st. place in his class!

Ian weighed in at 259 and deadlifted 749lbs!! Yes, 749 - no typo! He took 1st place!!

Darlene benched raw and set a PR of 143lb. She took 1st place and best female bencher!
